Last month I decided I would participate in Project Pan. If you are unfamiliar with what it is. Check out my original post. If you are all caught up, let’s see how well I did.
3 out of the 4 products in this photo have been emptied. YES! I finished the Neutrogena Oil Cleanser, Tatcha Oil Cleanser, and the Tatcha Enzyme Powder Cleanser. I will not be repurchasing the Neutrogena cleanser. Although it works, I do not like the smell. Both cleansers from Tatcha are still my favorite.
I’m not sure how well you can see from the photo, but I’ve made what I think is a significant dent in the Bobbi Brown buffing grains. I’ve consumed a bit more dairy over the past month which has caused me to breakout. I love using the buffing grains when I breakout. It does a great job gradually getting rid of dead skin and lightening blemishes caused by acne.
The only product from this in the photo that I managed to empty was the Mario Badescu rose water face spray. I do still really like it and plan to finally buy the full-size.
I have not really used the Jack Black moisturizer, Tarte facial spray, or Tarte Maraca oil this month. So no update there.
I managed to use all of the vitamin E oil. I do not think I will be repurchasing this. The oil was not as moisturizing as I remember it being. I feel like it is thicker, more potent in gel pill form. If I need any I will use it in that form. I also want to try some other natural body oils like almond oil.
I literally just used the dry oil spray. I am hoping to have this emptied by next month. It smells amazing but it doesn’t really do anything.
The Milani Lip Oil on the left has not gotten any love this month. However, the one on the right I’ve been using daily. You cannot tell from the photo but I’ve made significant progress getting through this.
The Dr. Lipp product I’ve also been using daily in combination with the Milani oil. By itself it doesn’t really work the way I would like. It sits on top of my lips and never really feels like it absorbs. But using it in combination with the Milani lip treatment I get the best of both worlds. Long lasting moisture that absorbs.
Last but not least, I was able to empty both toners. Currently I am using a new toner but the one from Pixi is still one of my fave’s. My opinion did not change on the from Tatcha. It doesn’t really do anything and feels like water.
You may be wondering about the 2 face mask I mentioned in my original post. I have not touched them.
I feel really good about the progress I made over the first month. I know a few of these products are going to take more time to use up but I have to say seeing my progress has got me inspired to stay the course. I can’t wait until I can say I’ve used up every product from this list. One month down…many more to go.
