Vegan Spaghetti

The Sauce:

  • Tomatoes
  • Green & Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Vegan Pepperoni’s
  • Jalapeno
  • Shitake Mushrooms
  • Vegan Buttery Spread
  • Prego Chunky Garden Vegetable sauce
  • Garlic Powder, Ms. Dash, Cajun Seasoning, Agave, & Apple Honey

*I mixed the sauce, tomatoes, pepperoni’s, and bell peppers, and let that simmer for about 30 minutes. While the sauce simmered, I seasoned and sautéed the mushrooms and jalapeno’s for about 5-7 minutes. Once I was done sauteing I let that sit to the side until the sauce was done. Then I mixed everything together.

The Pasta:

I used chickpea noodles. Pretty good and no weird taste.

The Finished Product:

I topped it with Vegan Parmesan Cheese.

*Feel free to change it up however you want. This was something simple and easy to make that allowed me to use some vegetables from my garden. Make it your own!
