Ride or Die Conditioners

I recently posted about my hair coloring experience. Below are some of my favorite deep conditioners. For a conditioner to qualify as a deep conditioner, it has to be left on your hair for at least 15 -20 minutes per instruction. Anything less is not a deep conditioner it’s a regular conditioner.
imageShea Moisture Omega 3, 6, 9 Rescue + Repair Hair Masque. I found this a few months ago. It’s relatively new to the Shea Moisture line. It smells like cleans clothes, almost like a dryer sheet. Sounds weird I know but it smells pretty good to me. Any who, this left my hair feeling really soft. I usually sit under my soft hooded drier for 30-45 minutes and my hair feels pillowy soft. It can be found at Ulta for $12.99

Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Marula Oil Intensive Hydration Hair Masque. The packaging on this one got me. I mean look at it! This one smells amazing. Just like honey.  I think the Omega 3, 6, 9 mentioned above leaves my hair feeling softer but this one makes my hair feel more hydrated. This can be found at Target for $11.99 and Ulta for $12.99

imageCamille Rose Algae Renew Deep Conditioner. This conditioner is a little different. It has a minty smell and looks kind of weird but don’t be alarmed! The base of the conditioner looks greenish but it has these little brown beads in it. This conditioner works more like a protein treatment in my opinion. Although my hair doesn’t feel the softest or the most hydrated, it feels really strong. My curls always pop a bit more when I use this conditioner. This one is the most expensive of the bunch, coming in at $17.99 and can be found at Target.

These are the 3 deep conditioners I picked up the week after I colored my hair to bring my limp, lifeless hair back from the dead. They’ve done a phenomenal job so far and are great staples to have in your collection. If any of you have suggestions for deep conditioners, please leave the name in the comment section. I’m always on the hunt for a good deep conditioner, especially now with the recent bleaching of my hair. I look forward to hearing your suggestions.
