Shrimp Poboy from The Fix. It’s was delicious. Just what my taste buds had been asking for. The shrimp was buttery. There was sautéed mushrooms and pepper. And the hoagie bun was toasted to perfection. Critiques: I was expecting a bit more flavor. They were a bit heavy handed on the sauce. It ran through the hoagie and puddled in the bottom of the basket making the bottom of the sandwich mushy.
The Parmesan fries were amazing. They were hand-cut fresh potatoes. Fried perfectly. Not too crunchy. Not too soft. They were the perfect golden brown color. My only issue was there was a lot of shredded Parmesan that at times over powered the fries.
If you live nearby, I think The Fix is a spot worth checking out.
