Tonight’s dinner:

• Hydroponic lettuce
• Tomato
• Sliced apple
• Salad topping mix
• Jalapeño crisp
• Avocado
• 1/4 of a lemon
• Poppyseed dressing

*I sliced and mashed the avocado so it would coat the lettuce. Then I  squoze the lemon juice all over the salad. Mix the salad so the lemon juice and avocado coat the lettuce and everything else as dressing.
