Last week I ordered a few items from Sephora’s ‘just arrived’ section. I got the package today and could not wait to open it.

This Gym Bag Grabs by Tarte is one of the items I purchased. Tarte is introducing a skincare line called Athleisure which is geared towards the girl-on-the-go. This set can be thrown in your gym bag or in your purse if you live in a hot climate. This little set has everything to keep your skin hyrdated, glowy, and natural looking.

 

 

This set contains (in order from left to right):

  • Lifted Waterproof Mascara
  • Waterproof Mascara Eye Makeup Remover Wipes
  • Brighter Days Highlighting Moisturizer
  • Quench Lip Rescue in Nude

This is supposed to be a translucent setting powder for us beautifully brown girls that won’t cause flashback. It’s also supposed to decrease foundation transfer. Lastly, it’s infused with light diffusing particles that are meant to blur and smooth for a more airbrushed appearance. I got the color medium-deep. It also comes in light-medium which looks more like a standard translucent powder.

Lastly, as a point perk I got a tiny Tatcha Essence Plumping Skin Softener. Basically it’s a toner. It’s meant to be used after cleansing, prior to applying any other skin care products. This is supposed to help with dullness, uneven texture, fine lines, wrinkles, and dryness. I’ve already tried the cleansing oil and rice enzyme powder from this line (which I LOVE) so I am excited to try this.

      I know :(. My curiosity got the best of me. Once I was on the Tatcha site I figured it was better to order now vs waiting until this evening and risk the stuff I want being sold out.

      Let me know how you like the mask once you’ve used it.

    Did you gals see that Tatcha.com is doing a 100$ + lucky bag giveaway with 100$ purchase 😬😬😬 ?? Tatcha is way out of my price range , but I loved the cleansing oil, rice powder and essence that I convinced myself this was the best time to buy … check it out!

        I hear you I cannot afford this stuff either 😭 they have a kit 80$ for fullsize both oil and enzyme powder and comes with a gold tray… to make the 100$ minimum they have a lot of travel size things to pick from, or you could try the sheet mask like I did, gonna save it for a special occasion 🙂

        I could not resist. I placed an order. I got the oily skin care set which comes with 4 products. They are all travel sized but I don’t mind. I also got the beauty oil and a hand cream. I love that you can get pretty much any product in a travel size so you can get more bang for your buck. Thanks again for sharing 🙂
